We build new homes and residential developments as main contractor, from infill plots to complete developments. The groundworks, drainage, reinforced concrete and external works are self-delivered by our own teams and plant, not subcontracted out. That keeps the programme, the quality and the accountability with one firm from the first dig to handover.
Much of our work elsewhere is delivered as a subcontractor to main contractors. On residential schemes we take the lead ourselves, carrying the same discipline on programme, safety and quality across the whole build, with homes handed over under 10-year warranties.
