On sensitive and secure sites, what's underground matters as much as what's above it. Our in-house vacuum excavation gives us a safe, non-mechanical way to dig around live and buried services — and it's run by the same DBS & EL1 security-cleared people who work the rest of the site.
Vacuum excavation — our own T-VAC 2
Our in-house T-VAC 2 vac-ex unit excavates quickly and safely around live services — no destructive hand-digging. It's delivered on our own transport and run by our own teams, so it's available exactly when the programme needs it, and ideal where ground conditions, buried services or security make mechanical digging the wrong call.
